Sherry received her Bachelor of Arts in Professional Students from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Sherry furthered her formal education by earning a Master's Degree in Education-Instructional Technology as well as an Education Specialist Degree in Curriculum and Instruction-Instructional Technology from the University of West Florida Pensacola, Florida.

Sherry is a HIMSS Fellow who has been actively involved in HIMSS and the Central and North Florida HIMSS over the past seven years. She is a Certified Professional Compliance Officer, AAPC certified. Sherry currently works for Greenway Health, a leading Electronic Health Records company in Tampa, FL.

Joe is an accomplished information services and healthcare management professional with 25 years of experience in implementing and managing healthcare information systems.  He was most recently employed with the fifth largest public healthcare system in the United States.  His 5 years of experience as the Vice President and CIO of a major Florida hospital district has allowed him to become an expert in the project management of a wide variety of complex and demanding projects. Joe coordinated and lead large diverse teams of professionals from the 4 hospitals, 100’s of physicians and the State Governor appointed Board of Directors to consensus on clinical and business applications and their budgets.
Joe is a HIMSS Fellow  is very active in State and National HIE initiatives.  Joe was selected by the HIMSS National Board of Directors to serve a two year post on the National HIE committee for the US. The Healthcare Information Exchange (HIE) Steering Committee provides leadership within HIMSS in the promotion and advancement of health information exchange and related activities. He has led the creation of, and participated in, developing relative HIE white papers which can be reviewed on the HIMSS website at HIMSS.org.

Sharon is an experienced clinician and healthcare informatics professional.  She has over 20 years of  experience including work in surgical ICU, medical ICU, ER, EHR training and implementation, data & analytics, decision support and population health.   She has worked in various healthcare settings including hospitals, post-acute care and payer organizations.   Mrs. Harrell holds a BSN and MBA in Healthcare Management. She is a member of ACHE, the HIMSS Clinical & Business Intelligence Community and the HIMSS Population Health Task Force and past Communications Chair for the Central and North Florida Chapter of HIMSS.

Johan Lidros is the founder and President of Eminere Group which provides IT Governance and Cyber Risk Management Services. He has specialized in providing IT governance, IT risk management, IT audit and information security assurance solutions for the higher education, and healthcare industries. He is a previous President of the North and Central Florida HIMSS chapter and has had different board and/or committee positions within the chapter for more than 10 years.
 
Johan has a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Stockholm University and he is Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT), Certified Information System Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), HITRUST Certified Common Security Framework Practitioner, and certified in IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL-F). Johan was a 2012-2014 member of the ISACA CGEIT committee, a is a current  AHIA IT subject matter expert and Certification Coordinator for the ISACA West Florida chapter.

Donna also served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Strategy at AccentHealth. Prior to AccentHealth, Donna served as Vice President of Sales at Sage/Vitera/Greenway Healthcare, a provider of leading EHR software applications for the ambulatory healthcare market. In addition, Donna worked for Tech Data for 13 years. Tech Data is one of the largest IT Distributors in the world. Donna is a Healthcare IT entrepreneur, challenged with building organizations from the ground up.

Donna earned a double major from St. Bonaventure University in Marketing and Economics and earned her Masters of Business Administration – Summa cum laude from Florida Metropolitan University.

She later obtained her EMT-P and later RN licenses.  She has experience in emergency departments, ICU (adults and Peds), med/surg, home health, skilled nursing facilities, transport teams and hospice.  Sharon began work in Clinical Informatics 10 years ago where she can now combine her knowledge of health sciences with computer sciences.

He was a key player in the development of Tampa General’s Drug Diversion Prevention program analytics and reports that have successfully identified potential diversions. She started her career at Cerner as a consultant on the Innovation Experience team.

Brianna has a bachelor’s degree from Truman State University in Economics and Business. She is in the process of completing her MBA through William Woods University. She is an active member of ACHE, served as CNFL HIMSS Membership Chair for 2018-2019 and is Membership Chair for the current chapter year 2019-2020.

Gillotte was previously a Project Manager with HCA's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) deployment team. She planned, monitored, and managed projects of high complexity across multiple teams, departments, and locations that had a direct impact on the organization. Gillotte earned a Master of Professional Studies (M.P.S.) in Strategic Leadership, Graduate Certificate in Health Care Management and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Public Relations from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU). She served in the United States Navy (USN) as an active duty broadcast journalist for nearly 6 years. Gillotte has more than 19 years of experience in communications, collaboration and outreach and 12 years of experience in the healthcare industry ranging from pharmacy, Health Information Technology (HIT), Health Information Exchange (HIE), wellness and primary care services.

She has served as a change agent to promote clinician adoption of new technology, and is consulted for her leadership skills in the transformation of clinical information processes across systems and stakeholders. Fluent in Spanish, and an effective coach with strong facilitation and presentation skills, she is an RN and earnd a BSNa and MSN from Seton Hall University. She holds a certification in Quality & Patient Safety from the IHI and is currently working on getting certified in Lean Six Sigma.
