Rachel has been a part of the healthcare and IT community for over 20 years engaging in both operational and sales executive roles. Rachel is recognized by clients and peers as being skilled at building strong internal and external business relationships to create a collaborative environment. She strives to deliver "volue-based" project solutions with organizational leadership to align and achieve a patient-centered vision of healthcare delivery. In her role as Regional Vice President with Innovative Consulting Group, she is responsible for establishing strategic goals and action plans around new and existing business development while supporting sales activities in the southeast states of SC, GA, FL, AL, MS and LA.

Richard Crews is an experienced Healthcare Informatics Analyst and Leader with Tampa General Hospital providing support to the clinical and non-clinical areas of the organization on systems analysis, workflow analysis, build, design, testing, interface, and data analysis.

Richard has over 12 years of experience in healthcare, across multiple specialties and settings, performing systems analysis, workflow analysis, data analysis and leading process improvement projects in both clinical and non-clinical settings.

Sharon N. Harrell, MBA, BSN, RN, CPHIMS

Director of Surgical Oncology, Orthopedics, and Nursing Informatics

Rockledge Regional Medical Center

Sharon is an experienced healthcare leader with a background in critical care, informatics, data analytics and population health. With Rockledge Regional Medical Center, a Steward Family Hospital, Sharon is the nursing director for the Surgical Oncology, Orthopedics, and Bariatrics service lines as well as Nursing Informatics.

She often mentors or precepts Nursing Informatics and Healthcare Administration graduates.Sharon earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree and an MBA in Healthcare Management from Western Governor’s University. She is CPHIMS certified and holds a LEAN Six Sigma Yellow Belt.

Active in HIMSS both locally and nationally for several years, she has served as Communications Chair and Secretary for the Central and North Florida Chapter and was a member of the Population Health Task Force with HIMSS national. She is also a member of the HIMSS Clinical & Business Intelligence Community and the Nursing Informatics Community as well as ANIA and ACHE.

Additionally, she serves on the Brevard County Access to Care Task Force, a group of local healthcare leaders focused on social determinates of health and ensuring people have equal access to health care.

Johan Lidros

Founder and President

Johan Lidros is the founder and President of Eminere Group which provides IT Governance and Cyber Risk Management Services. He has specialized in providing IT governance, IT risk management, IT audit and information security assurance solutions for the higher education, and healthcare industries. He is a previous President of the North and Central Florida HIMSS chapter and has had different board and/or committee positions within the chapter for more than 10 years.
 
Johan has a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Stockholm University and he is Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT), Certified Information System Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), HITRUST Certified Common Security Framework Practitioner, and certified in IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL-F). Johan was a 2012-2014 member of the ISACA CGEIT committee, a is a current  AHIA IT subject matter expert and Certification Coordinator for the ISACA West Florida chapter.

Emily is a passionate young professional in the Healthcare IT Staffing Space. Emily assists in overseeing Gravity IT’s Commercial, Federal, and Healthcare service delivery and business development. Gravity IT Healthcare provides three areas of deep capability to payers, providers, and health tech organizations. These capability areas include Traditional Staff Augmentation, Nearshore Staff Augmentation in Latin America, and Professional Services Consulting Practices around the AWS cloud platform. Emily is a proud alumna of Florida State University and a Tampa Bay, FL resident.

Lisa Hampton

Baptist Hospital

Lisa Hampton was born and raised in Ohio (GO-BUCKS!) and moved to Pensacola almost 2 years ago. She is a Clinical Informaticist at a Baptist Hospital. She has been a Registered Nurse for 23 years with the majority of her experience in Labor and Delivery. She became intrigued with informatics when her former hospital system upgraded to Epic and PeriWatch, and she became a superuser for their unit. She completed her bachelor's in nursing and master's degree in nursing informatics. She received her board certification in Nursing Informatics in November 2021. She became a member of HIMSS in 2022 and looks forward to expanding the CNFL HIMSS chapter across the panhandle.

Kimberley Ayow, DNP, RN-BC

Inpatient Informatics Analyst III

Tampa General Hospital

Kimberley Ayow is a registered nurse in the IT department at Tampa General Hospital. She obtained her bachelor of nursing degree at Florida International University in 2002. In South Florida, she worked in the neonatal intensive care unit and later decided to pursue a traveling nurse job. Kimberley traveled throughout the country for about five years specializing in NICU and Pedi PACU units. In 2017, Kimberley obtained her Masters in Nursing informatics and joined the clinical documentation team at Tampa General Hospital. In this role, she continues to greatly impact patient care by ensuring that bedside nurses have the proper EMR tools needed for documentation practices.  In 2021 she was awarded IT Nurse of the Year. She completed her DNP in February 2024. In her spare time, Kimberley enjoys spending time with her husband, and two daughters, Maddy and Abby.

Kimberly has been a nurse since 2007. She served in the Florida Army National Guard in a communications unit as a Network Switch Operator Controller and maintainer for 8 years before going to school for nursing. Kimberly has a bachelors in Nursing from University of West Florida and masters in Nursing Informatics from Western Governors University. In her spare time, she volunteers with the Florida Highway Patrol as an Auxiliary Florida Highway Patrol Trooper.

Steve Kennedy is a lifelong Tampa resident and has been helping his clients with their IT infrastructure and computing needs for over 20 years. For the last 14 years, his focus has been specific to helping healthcare clients with their often-unique needs. In order to ensure he is providing value; Steve attends many training sessions and workshops to keep his knowledge up-to-date. Through his employer Zones, Steve is responsible for working with healthcare clients in Florida for their IT Supply Chain, data center, networking and cybersecurity needs offering both product solutions and professional services in these areas. Jeff has spent much of his career in the healthcare industry focusing on Infrastructure, Networks, and projects involving EHR and PACS software. Jeff currently works for PURE Storage as an Enterprise Account Executive focused on healthcare customers. Jeff has been active in HIMSS both locally and nationally for many years and in the past has served as Sponsorship Chair for the Central and North Florida Chapter. While not focused on work Jeff spends his time participating in go-kart racing around the US and traveling with his wife.

In addition to her work with HIMSS and Gravity, Katrina is a Florida native and proud University of Florida alum – holding a bachelor’s degree in Integrative Biology, along with minors in Disabilities in Society and Business Administration. Jeffrey is a results-oriented and driven senior-level healthcare technology executive with over 20 years of experience leading IT Teams, Implementing Technology Clinical Solutions, and Strategic Technology Roadmaps for leading healthcare organizations throughout the United States.

Jeffrey is a lifelong learner and has received several technology certifications throughout his career. In 1995 Jeffrey received his BA in Business Administration from LeMoyne Owen College. An HBCU institution in Memphis, Tennessee, and his Master’s in Health Services Administration from Central Michigan University in Mount Pleasant, Michigan, in 2004. Based out of Jacksonville, FL. Mark has been on the HIMSS board for 8-years and was just elected to CHIME’s AEHIT board for 2024. He’s been in technology since getting out of the Navy in 1993. Focusing on Healthcare, he started out in tech support, moved to network administration and deployment. After being in sales for several years, he led a sales team at Cisco for about 6-years and has been with Presidio for over 6-years. He also owns several gyms in the Jacksonville area.

Duane is a growing healthcare professional with over seven years of experience in the retail industry. He is a newly elected Chapter Leader to the Central & North Florida Chapter. Duane obtained his associate’s degree in Business Administration with a certification in financial operations. He recently received his bachelor’s degree in Health Service Administration with a concentration in Health Information Management. Duane is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Healthcare informatics. Duane’s transition to healthcare comes from his desire to reform healthcare and to create his own hospital system. He is ecstatic to be a part of HIMSS and to continue to strive to make an impact on healthcare.

Anya Wong

Anya is currently a junior at the University of South Florida majoring in Health Sciences with a concentration in Health Information Technology, minoring in Public Health, and she's exploring many careers in her degree field. Outside of her degree, she's the active president of the USF Student Health Informatics Club, a new club she and other student and staff established in early 2022. The club centers around educating students about HIT/health informatics and provides volunteering opportunities along with guest speaker events. Anya is so excited to promote the student affairs committee and provide opportunities for students.
