Sherry received her Bachelor of Arts in Professional Students from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Sherry furthered her formal education by earning an Education Specialist Degree in Curriculum and Instruction- Instructional Technology, as well as her Master's Degree in Education-Instructional Technology from the University of West Florida in Pensacola Florida.
She is also a Certified Healthcare Technology Specialist in Practice Workflow & Information Management Redesign and has a 30 year history in Indian River County, home of Treasure Coast Community Health. Sherry has worked for Treasure Coast Community Health for over 7 years, leading the implementation of Electronic Health Records and Electronic Dental Records. Since her selection for the CIO position in 2011, Mrs. de Cuba has had oversight for the training and administration of technology and compliance for the organization. She also oversees the Privacy, Security & Compliance of the organization, with focus on meeting HIPAA and HITECH requirements for Healthcare organizations.
Joe Wagner, MPA, FHIMSS
Vice President, US/East Division - Gevity Consulting
Joe is an accomplished information services and healthcare management professional with 25 years of experience in implementing and managing healthcare information systems. He was most recently employed with the fifth largest public healthcare system in the United States. His 5 years of experience as the Vice President and CIO of a major Florida hospital district has allowed him to become an expert in the project management of a wide variety of complex and demanding projects. Joe coordinated and lead large diverse teams of professionals from the 4 hospitals, 100’s of physicians and the State Governor appointed Board of Directors to consensus on clinical and business applications and their budgets.
Joe is a HIMSS Fellow is very active in State and National HIE initiatives. Joe was selected by the HIMSS National Board of Directors to serve a two year post on the National HIE committee for the US. The Healthcare Information Exchange (HIE) Steering Committee provides leadership within HIMSS in the promotion and advancement of health information exchange and related activities. He has led the creation of, and participated in, developing relative HIE white papers which can be reviewed on the HIMSS website at HIMSS.org.

Sharon is an experienced clinician and healthcare informatics professional. She has over 20 years of experience including work in surgical ICU, medical ICU, ER, EHR training and implementation, data & analytics, decision support and population health. She has worked in various healthcare settings including hospitals, post-acute care and payer organizations. Mrs. Harrell holds a BSN and MBA in Healthcare Management. She is a member of ACHE, the HIMSS Clinical & Business Intelligence Community and the HIMSS Population Health Task Force.
Johan Lidros - Founder and President, Eminere Group
Johan Lidros is the founder and President of Eminere Group which provides IT Governance and Cyber Risk Management Services. He has specialized in providing IT governance, IT risk management, IT audit and information security assurance solutions for the higher education, and healthcare industries. He is a previous President of the North and Central Florida HIMSS chapter and has had different board and/or committee positions within the chapter for more than 10 years.
Johan has a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Stockholm University and he is Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT), Certified Information System Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), HITRUST Certified Common Security Framework Practitioner, and certified in IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL-F). Johan was a 2012-2014 member of the ISACA CGEIT committee, a is a current AHIA IT subject matter expert and Certification Coordinator for the ISACA West Florida chapter.

Prior to joining HMN, Donna was the Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Service at KnowBe4, focusing on Global cyber security services. Donna also served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Strategy at AccentHealth. Prior to AccentHealth, Donna served as Vice President of Sales at Sage/Vitera Healthcare, a provider of leading software applications for the ambulatory healthcare market. In addition, Donna worked for Tech Data for 13 years. Tech Data is one of the largest IT Distributors in the world. Donna is a Healthcare entrepreneur, challenged with building organizations from the ground up.
Donna earned a double major from St. Bonaventure University in Marketing and Economics and earned her Masters of Business Administration from Florida Metropolitan University.

Sharon's healthcare career began as a volunteer first aid rider with small local ambulance fully manned by volunteers. She later obtained her EMT-P and later RN licenses. She has experience in emergency departments, ICU (adults and Peds), med/surg, home health, skilled nursing facilities, transport teams and hospice. She began work in Clinical Informatics 10 years ago where she can now combine her knowledge of health sciences with computer sciences.

As Director of Marketing & Talent Development, James is responsible all marketing for The HCI Group globally, as well as recruitment, training and education for HCI’s Management Trainee Program. Prior to joining The HCI Group, James was a Marketing Manager for Jacksonville, FL healthcare IT consulting firm and spent time as a marketer in the financial services industry. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Clemson University and a Master of Science degree in International Marketing Management from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics in Dalian, China.

Andrea Gillotte, M.P.S, B.S., is a Marketing Services Manager for Conifer’s Patient Communication & Engagement team. She is responsible for ensuring client retention, growth, and satisfaction while strengthening existing relationships and building new ones with hospital accounts. Gillotte was previously a Project Manager with HCA's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) deployment team. She planned, monitored, and managed projects of high complexity across multiple teams, departments, and locations that had a direct impact on the organization. Gillotte earned a Master of Professional Studies (M.P.S.) in Strategic Leadership, Graduate Certificate in Health Care Management and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Public Relations from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU). She served in the United States Navy (USN) as an active duty broadcast journalist for nearly 6 years. Gillotte has more than 19 years of experience in communications, collaboration and outreach and 12 years of experience in the healthcare industry ranging from pharmacy, Health Information Technology (HIT), Health Information Exchange (HIE), wellness and primary care services.

Ms. Alexander is is currently a board/committee member of the HIMSS, ISACA, and ISSA organizations in good standing.
Jeff is an accomplished sales manager with over 26 years of history in direct and channel sales, channel development, and management. Jeff is the dedicated Healthcare Account Executive for PURE storage covering the Florida region. PURE storage provides all-flash platforms that transform healthcare storage solutions from an expensive liability to a driver of innovation, savings, and better clinician experience across provider organizations.
Jeff has served on the CNFL board for the past two years. He served on the membership committee in 2016-2017 board year and is leading the Sponsorship committee for the 2018-2019 board year.

Becky lives in Jacksonville with her husband and son. When she is not getting her exercise chasing her little boy, she enjoys running, pure barre, and yoga. She is currently managing Proofpoint Healthcare sales in Northern Florida and Alabama.

She has led a number of program and product launches with an emphasis on competitive differentiation, rapid adoption, client satisfaction, and strategic portfolio management. She previously as an assistant project director for a large Maternal and Child Health Bureau grantee working on the national Bright Futures and Healthy Start initiatives.
Stephanie holds her A.B. and A.M. from the University of Chicago. She completed her two-year term on the Advisory Board of the Association for Executives in Healthcare Information Security (AEHIS) and is an active member in many College of Health Information Management Executives (CHIME) work groups.
