Sherry received her Bachelor of Arts in Professional Students from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Sherry furthered her formal education by earning an Education Specialist Degree in Curriculum and Instruction- Instructional Technology, as well as her Master's Degree in Education-Instructional Technology from the University of West Florida in Pensacola Florida. 

She is also a Certified Healthcare Technology Specialist in Practice Workflow & Information Management Redesign and has a 30 year history in Indian River County, home of Treasure Coast Community Health.  Sherry has worked for Treasure Coast Community Health for over 7 years, leading the implementation of Electronic Health Records and Electronic Dental Records. Since her selection for the CIO position in 2011, Mrs. de Cuba has had oversight for the training and administration of technology and compliance for the organization. She also oversees the Privacy, Security & Compliance of the organization, with focus on meeting HIPAA and HITECH requirements for Healthcare organizations. 


Joe Wagner, MPA, FHIMSS

Vice President, US Transformation Services -  TELUS Healthcare

Joe is an accomplished information services and healthcare management professional with 25 years of experience in implementing and managing healthcare information systems.  He was most recently employed with the fifth largest public healthcare system in the United States.  His 5 years of experience as the Vice President and CIO of a major Florida hospital district has allowed him to become an expert in the project management of a wide variety of complex and demanding projects. Joe coordinated and lead large diverse teams of professionals from the 4 hospitals, 100’s of physicians and the State Governor appointed Board of Directors to consensus on clinical and business applications and their budgets.
Joe is a HIMSS Fellow  is very active in State and National HIE initiatives.  Joe was selected by the HIMSS National Board of Directors to serve a two year post on the National HIE committee for the US. The Healthcare Information Exchange (HIE) Steering Committee provides leadership within HIMSS in the promotion and advancement of health information exchange and related activities. He has led the creation of, and participated in, developing relative HIE white papers which can be reviewed on the HIMSS website at

Johan Lidros - Founder and President, Eminere Group

Johan Lidros is the founder and President of Eminere Group which provides IT Governance and Cyber Risk Management Services. He has specialized in providing IT governance, IT risk management, IT audit and information security assurance solutions for the higher education, and healthcare industries. He is a previous President of the North and Central Florida HIMSS chapter and has had different board and/or committee positions within the chapter for more than 10 years.
Johan has a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Stockholm University and he is Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT), Certified Information System Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), HITRUSCT Certified Common Security Framework Practitioner, and certified in IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL-F). Johan was in 2012-2014 member of the ISACA CGEIT committee, a is a current  AHIA IT subject matter expert and Certification Coordinator for the ISACA West Florida chapter.

With over 25 years of senior leadership experience in the IT and healthcare sales and services industries, Donna is focused on positioning ClearGage product and services to the larger Health Systems, Hospitals, and Partners across the United States. Prior to joining ClearGage, Donna was the Senior Vice President of Sales and Strategy at AccentHealth, a leader in digital solutions at the point of care. Donna was a key stakeholder in the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the company’s strategic vision and physician recruitment plan to serve more than 12,300 physician waiting rooms and exam rooms nationwide. Prior to AccentHealth, Donna served as Vice President of Sales at Sage Healthcare, a provider of leading software applications for the ambulatory healthcare market. Donna was the senior leader for both the inside and outside sales organizations and also managed the Marketing efforts. Donna also built their first Strategic Channel Program to help augment the direct sales efforts as their VP of Chanel Strategy. In addition, Donna worked for Tech Data for 13 years.  She served in many strategic capacities including Director of Sales, Director of Client Services and Director of Product Management/Marketing.


Donna earned a double major from St. Bonaventure University in Marketing and Economics and earned her Masters of Business Administration from Florida Metropolitan University.  

She is very involved in industry affiliations and community organizations.

Manager Clinical Informatics - Orlando Health-Health Central Hospital

Sharon's  healthcare career began as a volunteer first aid rider with small local ambulance fully manned by volunteers.  She later obtained her EMT-P and later RN licenses.  She has experience in emergency departments, ICU (adults and Peds), med/surg, home health, skilled nursing facilities, transport teams and hospice.  She began work in Clinical Informatics 10 years ago where she can now combine her knowledge of health sciences with computer sciences.

As Global Marketing Manager, James is responsible for service line marketing, inbound marketing, public relations, event management and partner relations for The HCI Group, globally. Prior to joining The HCI Group, James was a Marketing Manager for Jacksonville, FL healthcare IT consulting firm and spent time as a marketer in the financial services industry. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Clemson University and a Master of Science degree in International Marketing Management from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics in Dalian, China.

Director, Ancillary and Large Specialty Contracting - Humana Inc.

Katie has been working with Provider Physician and Ancillary Networks in contract negotiations for the last 10 years, most of which were with Humana.

Her primary responsibilities include leading a team of contractors who support the North Florida market for all lines of business and to build valuable relationships within provider networks.    Her strengths include strategic planning, provider negotiations as well as Value Based negotiations. She is a currently studying at the University of Central Florida working towards finishing her MS in Healthcare Informatics with an anticipated May 2019 graduation date.

President and Founder of the Foundation for Living, Wellness, and Health. Also, Adjunct Faculty at South University, Tampa and Villanova University, Philadelphia

Elliot is a very active HIMSS volunteer leader. He is an HIMSS Fellow, and was a past Board member of the Philadelphia area HIMSS (DelVal), past Chair of the HIMSS Privacy and Security Committee, and, on behalf of HIMSS, he is the Chair-Emeritus of Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise (IHE) International program, and a current Board member of IHE USA. In addition to information systems, Elliot has expertise in medical devices, patient safety, mHealth, eHealth, HIPAA compliance, cybersecurity and related topics. He teaches graduate courses on these subjects in the classroom, online, and internationally, too.

Sharon is an experienced clinician and healthcare informatics professional.  She has over 20 years of  experience including work in surgical ICU, medical ICU, ER, EHR training and implementation, data & analytics, decision support and population health.   She has worked in various healthcare settings including hospitals, post-acute care and payer organizations.   Mrs. Harrell holds a BSN and MBA in Healthcare Management. She is a member of ACHE, the HIMSS Clinical & Business Intelligence Community and the HIMSS Population Health Task Force.
